It is applied to avoid product sticking and building up due to air & water condensation in inner parts of the sifter.
SIFTER TIGHTENING BOXES
It tightens the sieve boxes by vertical pressing and regulates the stock inlet into sifter.
ISOLATION ELEMENTS
Isolates the sieve boxes perfectly to prevent the mixture of different flour/bran stocks.

The sieve boxes are the classifiers of ground stock coming from roller mills .
It is possible to sift and classify stocks into 7 different types .
The stock is sifted and diverted through channels to outlets.
The classified stock is then diverted into outlet tubes with check gates
