Description & Use

The auger filler SG60 is adaptable to many uses and capacities depending on the volume of the hopper and the diameter of the auger. The SG60 Auger filler is constructed horizontally. The unit is from stainless steel or plated steel and the hopper bin can optionally be supplied in stainless steel with powder coated mild steel in standard execution. The unit can discharge at automated intervals or by manually pressing a switch for every discharge. Hopper should remain filled at approx. same level. Probe & auger to fill hopper optional. Can fill any pack size. Not recommended for material with difficult flow. If vibration is required, it would attract an additional charge.

Capacity: Approximately 6 to 20+ fillings per minute based on operator proficiency.
